Applications are invited for the following contractual positions at the Department of Health, GoAJK at AJK Medical College Muzaffarabad:

Terms and Conditions:
- These appointments shall be purely on a contract basis as per Contract Policy 2006 of GoAJK for an initial period of 03 years (extendable) or as specified by the Government subsequently.
- All vacancies will be filled purely on a merit basis, and preference will be given to AJK nationals.
- Selected candidates shall have to abide by the rules and regulations of PM&DC and the institution. The appointment during the contract period shall be liable to termination on 30 days’ prior notice on either side or on payment of one month’s pay in lieu thereof without assigning any reason.
- Monthly salary shall be liable to tax deduction at source as per the law.
- Age limit as per Govt. /PM&DC Policy.
- In respect of other matters not specified in this contract, the rules and regulations of GoAJK shall apply.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
- The appointee will join the institution after receiving the offer letter from the Principal Office within the prescribed period. If fails to join due to any reason within the specified time, the next in merit list shall be appointed.
- Accommodation shall not be provided.
- The selected faculty must be physically present in the college/hospital on duty for a minimum of six hours on every working day. Any duration less than six hours per day will be considered as part-time faculty as per PM &DC rules, which is not permissible under prevailing rules; therefore, such faculty members will be marked absent from duty for that day.

- Attested copies of educational certificates, degrees (Matric, Intermediate, MBBS, M.Phil, FOPS, and Ph.D.), diplomas, experience certificates, articles & Recognition of Experience Certificate/Eligibility Certificate/Accreditation of Experience (for the applied post).
- Detailed Curriculum Vitae of the applicants, covering letter clearly highlighting the post applied for and personal attributes.
- Four recent attested photographs.
- Attested Photocopy of CNIC, State Subject, and Domicile Certificates.
