MINISTRY OF KASHMIR AFFAIRS & GILGIT-BALTISTAN EDUCATIONAL STIPENDS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2022
FOR A.K. NATIONAL AND J&K REFUGEES STUDENTS
- Applications for the award of fresh stipends on prescribed forms are invited from A.K. National/J&K Refugee students nominated by this Ministry, Secretary, Nomination Board, AJ&K, or those admitted on a general merit basis for the calendar year 2022 in recognized institutions of Pakistan and AJ&K.
- This application is applicable only to students of A.K. Nationals and J&K Refugees enrolled from 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2022.
- Applicant students will be considered for stipend grants based on the prescribed quota reserved for A.K. Nationals/J&K Refugees and merit in the mentioned disciplines, fulfilling the specified criteria:

INSTRUCTIONS
- Attach attested copies of the applicant’s State Subject Certificate/Domicile/Marks Sheets/Certificate, etc., with the application form.
- Only applicants with at least 50% marks in the last examination are eligible for stipends.
- Incomplete or late applications or those with misstatements will be rejected. Tampering with any entry in the application form/certificates will render the applicant ineligible.
- Certificates (marks sheets and domicile) will be verified from the concerned authorities. Action will be taken against those involved in forgery.
- Students receiving stipends from other sources are not eligible.
- Applications for courses other than those mentioned above will not be entertained.
- Those previously granted stipends need not reapply; stipends will be renewed upon receipt of progress/promotion reports.
- Applications received before this advertisement’s publication date will not be considered.
- The prescribed form, also available on KA&GB Division’s website (www.kana.gov.pk), must reach the undersigned by 31.12.2023, via registered post.
