IBA-IHSAN TRUST NATIONAL TALENT HUNT PROGRAM BATCH 2024
Introduction
The IBA Ihsan Trust National Talent Hunt Program (IBA-IT NTHP) is a fully funded Orientation Training Program jointly financed by IHSAN TRUST and IBA Karachi. The program selects, grooms, and prepares talented students from Baluchistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa & FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, Punjab, Sindh, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir for the comprehensive admission process of BBA and BS degree programs in IBA Karachi.
Ihsan Trust is a non-profit organization, established with the aim of providing financial assistance for various community building services and above all, Qarz-e-Hasna (Interest-free Loan) facility to the needy students seeking higher education in Pakistan.
Eligibility Criteria
Financially deserving students eligible with either:
- HSSC LEVEL – I
- 70% or above marks in HSSC-I examination from any Board of Secondary & Intermediate Education of Pakistan in the year 2023 & appearing for HSSC-II examination in the year 2024.
- OR
- HSSC LEVEL – II
- 70% or above marks in HSSC-II examination from any Board of Secondary & Intermediate Education of Pakistan in the year 2023.
Salient Features of the Orientation Program:
- 8 weeks of rigorous training
- IBA Aptitude test preparation (SAT format) – One-on-one tutoring, mentoring, and counseling sessions
- Mock examination & mock panel interviews
- Guest speaker session series
- Travel allowance, stipend, boarding & lodging facility for outstation candidates
Financial Assistance for the Degree Program:
Upon admission to any undergraduate programs, provision of up to 100% scholarship/arrangement of Qarz-e-Hasna against tuition fees & other facilities, depending upon the need assessment by the IBA – Financial Assistance Committee. Summer semester is not covered in the scholarship.

- NTHP Applications open for batch 2024: Wednesday, November 1, 2023
- NTHP Application submission deadline: Sunday, February 25, 2024
- Shortlisted candidates’ announcement: Sunday, March 10, 2024
- NTHP Assessment test for the Orientation Program 2024: Sunday, March 17, 2024
- Result announcement: Monday, April 1, 2024
- Telephonic Panel Interviews: Monday-Saturday, April 8 to 13, 2024
- Final shortlisted candidates’ announcement: Monday, May 6, 2024
- Orientation Program starts: Monday, June 3, 2024
