As per approved schedule, the collection of Development Charges against plots allocated in 3rd and 4th ballots has been started from 01.01.2023 and 01.04.2023 respectively. 2. The challans for payment of Development Charges can be downloaded from LDA website Ida.gop.pk or Mobile App by entering the respective file number. 3. Development charges’ challans may be deposited in any branch of Allied Bank across the country or online through 4. Any possible errors in the challan form can be got corrected by visiting LDA City Directorate or by coordinating through WhatsApp numbers given in the publication. s. All plot owners are requested to deposit Development Charges timely, so that possession of plots may be handed over to plot owners after completion of ongoing infrastructure Development works without delay.
