01 Position / Job Title: Unit Head — CBA Business Analysis (VP / SVP)
Reporting to Wing Head — CBA Business Analysis
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC
- Candidates having a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or relevant certification(s) will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 06 years of experience in the relevant field, out of which a minimum of 04 years as Business Analyst or an equivalent role
- Candidates having FIS Profile Core Banking experience will be preferred
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Expertise in translating business requirements into IT solutions
- Good working knowledge in business analysis to drive the design, review of test cases, and process change requests as per project scope
- Strong understanding of ADC channels
- Good working knowledge of the digital banking platform and integration layer
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, both in verbal and written communication medium at various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite (MS Outlook / MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint)
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To manage and lead a team of business analysts for day-to-day business support initiatives and software upgrade tasks for Core Banking Application(s)
- To work with the Program Management Office (PMO) and other IT services technical delivery teams to assess new project requests and ensure that appropriate solutions are identified
- To formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
- To analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate into proper system requirement specifications
- To analyze industry best technology practices, vendor products and services, etc.
- To analyze and document business processes and metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- To re-engineer processes to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency
- To identify / document how applications and systems interact to support business processes
- To assess, apply, and project the impact of system changes on users, internal and external clients or stakeholders
- To manage test plans and test cases to ensure changes made to the application(s) meet client needs and that application integrity is maintained
- To oversee a variety of tests, such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests
- To ensure that the changes made by programmers are correct and one part of the application does not impact other parts
- To review and report testing results
- To consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
- To coach, mentor, train and provide oversight to team members
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
02 Position / Job Title: Project Manager (AVP / VP)
Reporting to Wing Head — CBA Project Management
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC
- Candidates having a Master’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or relevant certification(s) will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in managing IT projects
- Candidates having FIS Profile Core Banking experience will be preferred
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Sound knowledge of Core Banking Application(s)
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, both in verbal and written communication medium at various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
- Ability to share relevant technical, industry knowledge and expertise with team members
- Strong understanding of the requirements for project standards and documentation, including timelines, status / risk / issue reporting and communication, exception reporting, and project sign-off
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite (MS Outlook / MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint)
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To manage a portfolio of complex Core Banking routine and software upgrade initiatives that span one or multiple business lines of the Core Banking Application
- To manage the delivery and / or support of projects to meet business objectives and goals
- To develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CTO, and key stakeholders
- To create detailed customer project requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders to establish project deliverables
- To develop work breakdown structures, project organization charts, communication plans, risk plans, quality plans, cost / budget, and resource plans
- To ensure that projects and programs proceed according to scope, schedule, and budget while meeting quality standards
- To develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues
- To manage scope during the course of the project and collaboratively adjust scope where necessary
- To manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline
- To deliver clear, timely, appropriate, and relevant communication of project progress, financials, and risks / issues to stakeholders and supervisor(s)
- To adhere to established project change management processes and coordinate with all stakeholders for the successful implementation of projects
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
03 Position / Job Title: Software Developer — CBA (OG-1 / AVP)
Reporting to Unit Head — CBA Development
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC
- Candidates having a Master’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or relevant certification(s) will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 04 years of experience in software development on financial and / or banking applications
- Candidates having software development experience in FIS Profile Core Banking will be preferred
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
- Expertise in some of the following: Java / J2EE / Spring MVC / MUMPS / Web-based applications, C++ / OOP concepts, Eclipse / Net Beans, Tomcat 1 WebSphere / Glassfish, .Net/ C Sharp I Visual Studio (3.5 and above), Oracle / SQL server / JDBC / RDBMS concepts
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely within a team
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- To code, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain software applications for day-to-day business activities and upgrade-related tasks of Core Banking Application(s)
- To analyze requirements and translate business requirements into product design
- To develop program logic for new applications and / or analyze and modify logic in existing applications
- To provide application support for software(s) already in production
- To test and integrate application(s) components
- To write technical specifications and other forms of documentation
- To develop software test plans and quality assurance procedures
- To ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented
- To make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code(s)
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Employment Type: The employment will be on a contractual basis, for three years, which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s policy / rules.
