The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:
01 Position I Job Title Wing Head — Pension & Investment (VP) Reporting to Divisional Head — Compensation & Benefits (C&BD) Educational I Professional Qualification • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university I college I institute recognized by the HEC • Candidate having Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Public Administration and / or HR related professional certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc. would be preferred Experience • Minimum 08 years of working experience in Human Resources and / or Banking and / or Finance with at least 05 years in Compensation & Benefits and / or HR Operations and / or Payroll and I or Pension Funds Other Skills / Expertise I Knowledge Required • In-depth knowledge of Pension & Investment and HR Operations processes • Good communication skills • Good team player • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) • Working knowledge of SAP-HCM would be preferred Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities • To supervise and ensure routine sanctioning of all retirement and pensionary benefits of the Bank’s regular employees within the agreed and defined TAT • To compile / revise pension rules / scenarios as per Board of Directors’ directives & coordinate with consultants for its finalization • To supervise and manage end to end process of monthly pension disbursement • To supervise preparation and provision of periodical reports on pension for State Bank’s Inspection, External / Internal Audit • To supervise Pension & Investments Wing processes to improve turnaround time and ensure all tasks and assignments comply with the regulatory and organizational policies and procedures • To coordinate with Tax Division for acquiring tax exemption certificate for Pension & Benevolent Fund Trust • To lead the department and ensure timely completion of assignments. Identify training requirements and ensure adequate training to maintain required knowledge Index • To supervise addressing grievances of pensioners to ensure uninterrupted payments • To manage NBP Pension Fund Accounts in collaboration with concerned quarters / stake holders • To conduct departmental audit and ensure all previous observations highlighted in the audit report are rectified amicably and within the timelines as agreed • To supervise pension fund investment portfolio and ensure timely implementation of decisions is made by the Fund’s Board of Administrators • To timely update information pertaining to Funds, with different registrars I AMCs / Funds / Bank etc. • To provide support on implementation of Pension & Investment related initiatives • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s) 02 Position / Job Title Manager — Compensation & Benefits (AVP) Reporting to Wing Head — Compensation & Benefits (C&BD) Educational / Professional Qualification • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college I institute recognized by the HEC • Candidate having Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Public Administration and / or HR related professional certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc. would be preferred Experience • Minimum 06 years of working experience in Human Resources and / or Banking and / or Finance with at least 03 years in Compensation & Benefits and / or HR Operations and / or Payroll Other Skills / Expertise I Knowledge Required • In depth knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations processes • Good communication skills • Good team player • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) • Working knowledge of SAP-HCM would be preferred Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities • To manage final settlement related activities of all resigned / retired / dismissed I deceased employees of the Bank • To manage processing of pensionary benefits of the Bank’s regular employees • Supervise and ensure routine sanctioning of all retirement and pensionary benefits of the Bank’s regular employees within TAT • To manage the pension fund investment portfolio • To assist in processing medical and hospitalization claims • To manage processing of off-cycle payments i.e., fuel, mobile, entertainment, club membership subscription / monthly fees as admissible etc. • To process staff loans as per the Bank’s policy and procedures • To provide support on implementation of various HR initiatives and manage the administrative tasks • To maintain MIS for relevant areas of HR and ensure data accuracy • To coordinate with HR Governance Division for Internal / External / FBR Audit I SBP Inspection and ensure timely response for closure of the queries when directed • To manage administrative affairs of Compensation & Benefits Division • To coordinate with all stake holders for various HR related matters • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s) 03 Position / Job Title Manager External Agencies (AVP) Reporting to Wing Head External Agencies Educational / Professional Qualification • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university I college / institute recognized by the HEC • Candidates having Master’s degree and / or any other relevant professional qualification or certification would be preferred Experience • Minimum 06 years’ working experience in defense / military services I law enforcement agencies with at least 03 years in managing or dealing with external agencies • Candidates having experience of managing other HR matters such as HR Admin, Personnel Management, Record Keeping, etc. would have an added advantage Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required • Detail oriented • Negotiation skills • Conflict management • Interpersonal skills , Outline of Main Duties i Responsibilities • To assist Wing Head in managing all matters related to External Agencies Management pertaining to HRMG • To build and manage strong professional relationships with external agencies • To act as point of contact along with Wing Head to manage queries raised by/through government agencies (i.e. NAB, FIA, Ministry, Courts etc.) related to HRMG • To stay informed about legislative changes, government initiatives, and policy developments that may impact the organization • To represent the Bank in meetings, hearings and discussions with the agencies for matters pertaining to HRMG • To coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve relevant queries and issues • To assist Wing Head in managing HR Governance activities • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
Assessment Interview(s)

Employment Type
The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy I rules.
