MARITIME RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES

The National Institute of Maritime Affairs (NIMA), a constituent unit of Bahria University and a distinguished Think Tank for maritime affairs, is seeking qualified candidates for maritime research projects in the Ports & Shipping sector at NIMA Karachi.

Positions:

1. Senior Research Fellow/Research Fellow:
   • An expert with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the maritime sector.
   • Strong analytical and excellent communication skills.
   • Proven track record in maritime research and academic writing.
   • Experience in supervising in Maritime Think Tank and Energy preferred.
2. Research Associate:
   • Maritime Professional with 05 years’ experience in Maritime & Energy sectors.
   • Strong analytical and academic writing prowess.
   • Excellent communication skills.
   • Research experience in Maritime Think Tank preferred.

Terms of Employment: Candidates with degrees from HEC recognized National/International Universities are eligible to apply. The positions at NIMA-Karachi will offer an extendable contract (initially for 03 years) with attractive market remuneration and benefits.
