EMERGING LEADERSHIP PROGRAM 2023 – 2025
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited offers learning opportunities to young and talented graduates by enrolling them in its Emerging Leadership Program (ELP) – A Two-Year Trainee Program. The graduates are enrolled to receive on-the-job training and relevant exposure under the supervision of professional and seasoned mentors.
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Age: Maximum 27 years (as of the date of advertisement)
- Qualification: MBA (from HEC Recognized Universities) / ACCA Member(s)
- Passing Year: Graduates of 2021 and onwards (Candidates awaiting results are not eligible)
- CGPA or Percentage: Minimum 3 CGPA or 75% or equivalent

How to Apply?

- Duly filled application form and NTS original copy of the paid deposit slip should be dispatched to NTS, Head Office, Plot # 96, Street # 4, H-8/1, Islamabad.
- Last date of submission of applications is December 18, 2023.
- Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.
- Incomplete application forms or by-hand submission of applications will not be accepted.
- The minimum passing score for NTS Test is 60%; however, for panel interviews, the candidates shall be shortlisted on merit depending upon the number of available seats against a certain area/field.
- A good score in the test does not guarantee automatic selection. The interview panel’s recommendation and overall merit/score are required for selection.
- SSGC provides equal opportunities for enrollment in the ELP program.
- Females are encouraged to apply.
- No TA/DA admissible for the test and interviews.
