Undergraduate Programs (On-Campus) SESSION 2023-2024
The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore, invites online applications from eligible candidates for admission to the following undergraduate programs, Session 2023-24, to be offered at the UHS Jinnah Campus, Kala Shah Kaku:

HOW TO APPLY:
- Step 1: Go to the online application portal: http://forms.uhs.edu.pk/ugpadd
- Step 2: Check your eligibility (If you have 60% or above marks in HSSC/equivalent exam, you can proceed with your application otherwise not).
- Step 3: Fill in the application form with required information (personal details, qualifications, etc.).
- Step 4: On initial submission, a password will be generated and it will sent to your e-mail address. You can now Log-in with the help of this password.
- Step 5: Determine the Order of Preference for the programs as per your choice.
- Step 6: Before final submission of your application, create a challan of an application processing fee of Rs.3500/ (Non-refundable) per program. You can submit the fee through this challan at the nearest branch of the Bank of Punjab (BOP) before the deadline of application submission. Paid challan slip must be uploaded on the online application portal.
- Step 7: Upload the required document (Max. Size: 1 Mb/each document) as mentioned on the application portal.
- Step 8: Verify the filled information and attachments.
- Step 9: Make the final submission of your application form. After final submission, a confirmation notification will be shown on your screen. Please note that the application shall not be editable after final submission.
FORMAT OF UHS-UGAT-2023 UHS Undergraduate Admission Test (UGAT)-2023 shall consist of a single paper consisting of 100 MCQs, divided into the following four sections: English-25 MCQs, Biology-25 MCQs, Chemistry- 25 MCQs, and Physics- 25 MCQs. Time allowed for the test is two hours. The test shall start at 10:00 AM and conclude at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, 15th February, 2024.
MERIT CALCULATION: The weightage criteria for calculation of merit for admission shall be as follows: 10% SSC/Equivalent, 40% HSSC Pre-Medical / Equivalent, 50% UHS-UGAT-2023.
ADMISSIONS SCHEDULE:
- Online Application Start Date: Tuesday, 30th January, 2024 (from 09:00 AM)
- Online Application Closing Date: Friday, 9th February, 2024 (by 05:00 PM)
- Download Admittance Card/Roll Number Slip from UHS Website: From 12th February, 2024
- UHS-UGAT-2023: Thursday, 15th February, 2024
- First Merit List: Wednesday, 21st February, 2024
- Last Date for Submission of Fee By: 26th February, 2024
- Second Merit Upgradation List: 27th February, 2024
- Commencement of Classes: 15th March, 2024
IMPORTANT:
- Candidates who have qualified / passed the UGAT-2023 held on 7th January, 2024, are not required to apply again.
- Incomplete applications or those submitted in violation of the prescribed procedure shall be rejected. It shall be the responsibility of the candidate to submit correct and complete application with all mandatory documents as stipulated on the application form within the assigned timeline.
- After submission of online application, the candidate is not required to submit the printout of application at the University.
- Admission shall be granted on open merit basis only.
- Those having foreign qualifications (A-Level, 12th Grade, etc.) must upload equivalence certificate issued by IBCC.
