- Equivalence Certificate: Required for certificates/degrees from non-public sector boards or universities of Pakistan.
- Grace or Condonation Marks: Not considered.
- Self-Finance and Reserved Seats: Test required for consideration.
- Entrance Test for Computer Science (BSCS/BSSE) and Applied Physics: January 07, 2024.

Admission Form Processing Fee:
- Rs. 4,000/- deposited in any branch of Bank Alfalah.

- No restriction on the year of passing, but the prerequisite examination must be from a recognized institution/university.

Candidates can fill and submit admission forms (with scanned copies of required documents) through the online admission portal www.uokadmission.edu.pk from December 18, 2023, to December 27, 2023. A scanned copy of the fee deposit slip must be submitted along with the online admission form three days before the display of the admission list.
