3. | Inspector Vigilance (Staff / Assistant) | 11 | Havildar or equivalent from retired personnel of Armed Forces. Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination with “C” Grade / 2nd Division or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board. Note: Should be computer literate and preference will be given to supervisory clerk course qualified. | 52 years |
Note: The appointment shall be on a contract basis for a period of 3 years (extendable on a yearly basis), and appointees may be considered for regularization subject to satisfactory performance requirement.
INSTRUCTIONS & GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview, and no TA/DA will be admissible.
- Written Screening test shall be conducted by WAPDA Exam Cell.
- No further age relaxation is allowed in the prescribed age limit. Age will be calculated as on the last date of receipt of applications.
- Original documents must be presented by the candidates at the time of the interview.
- All Ex-Servicemen for appointment as Vigilance Staff should be medically category ‘A’ and character at the time of discharge from the Armed Forces should be “Exemplary” or equivalent.
- The officials who have been retired/weeded out of service on disciplinary ground, as well as dismissed or debarred for future employment, are not eligible.
- Applications carrying incomplete, incorrect information, or received after the last date shall be rejected. Any information/documents found bogus at any stage during induction or later in service will result in termination thereof.
- Roll No. Slips containing information regarding the test center, timings, and test date shall be dispatched to candidates.
- WAPDA reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
HOW TO APPLY:
- Application form is available on WAPDA’s website www.wapda.gov.pk.
- Candidates shall submit Rs. 400/- as an application fee in favor of Director (Exams) WAPDA NC No. 0010000019473924, Allied Bank Limited, WAPDA House, Lahore Branch. Candidates who fail to submit the application fee within the due date will not be considered for the exam.
- The application forms duly filled along with a copy of CV, photocopies of Discharge Certificate, Course Report, CNIC, Attested Copies of all Educational/Experience Certificates, 02 recent passport size photographs, and fee deposit receipt shall be submitted directly to Director (Vigilance) WAPDA, 217-WAPDA House, Lahore, through postal/courier service within 15 days of the publication of the advertisement.
