The Higher Education Commission, Islamabad, invites applications from Pakistani and Afghan National students for various positions under the project “Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarship For Afghan National Students” on a contract basis. Join us in our mission to empower the education sector. Here are the details:

Available Positions:

1. Project Director (PPS-10)
   • Monthly Salary: Rs. 437,500/- (All inclusive)
   • Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent with twelve (12) years of relevant experience, including five years in managerial roles.
   • Maximum Age: 55 Years
2. Project Manager (PPS-8)
   • Monthly Salary: Rs. 218,750/- (All inclusive)
   • Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent with five (05) years of relevant experience, including three (03) years in managerial/supervisory roles. Proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Project is a must.
   • Maximum Age: 50 Years
3. Accounts Manager (PPS-7)
   • Monthly Salary: Rs. 157,500/- (All inclusive)
   • Qualification: MBA (Finance)/M.Com/CMA or equivalent with three (03) years of relevant experience, including one year in mid-level management after the final degree.
   • Maximum Age: 40 Years
4. Project Assistant (PPS-6)
   • Monthly Salary: Rs. 105,000/- (All inclusive)
   • Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent with two (02) years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Project is a must.
   • Maximum Age: 40 Years
5. Naib Qasid (PPS-2)
   • Monthly Salary: Rs. 35,000/- (All inclusive)
   • Qualification: Matriculate with one (01) year of relevant experience.
   • Maximum Age: 35 Years
6. Driver (PPS-2)
   • Monthly Salary: Rs. 35,000/- (All inclusive)
   • Qualification: Middle Pass with at least five (05) years of driving experience. Must possess an LTV License.
   • Maximum Age: 35 Years
