01 Position / Job Title Unit Head – IT Risk Assessment (AVP / VP) Reporting to Wing Head – IT Risk & Control Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or relevant international certification(s), like CISA, CISM, CRISC etc. will be preferred. Experience
- Minimum 08 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which 03 years of experience in Information Security and / or IT Audit, preferably in banks. Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
- Sound knowledge of IT controls risk assessment.
- Good expertise in managing or performing IT assessments.
- Sound analytical and technical knowledge to identify audit issue(s).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Assist in developing / updating IT Risk process documents and related framework.
- Assist Wing Head in proactively monitoring the IT risks issues.
- Ensure timely execution of IT Risk assessment program.
- Provide regular reports, presentations, and updates as required by Wing Head.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance awareness of the IT Risk framework and related process(es).
- Work with IT Risk owners to ensure that risk treatment plans are monitored and actions / tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist in the Business Impact process to gather necessary information for applications and services.
- Perform gap analysis and manage documentation for the IT Risk process along with associated frameworks.
- Ensure the identification and inclusion of IT-related risks in the IT Risk register for thorough analysis and evaluation.
- Establish a process for IT / IS risk acceptance / exception and maintain MIS with details.
- Review IT Risk assessment reports for identified risks and issues.
- Review the progress reports on the action plans provided by relevant stakeholders.
- Propose changes / amendments to Wing Head – IT Risk & Governance for existing training materials to enhance the effectiveness of training and development.
- Maintain MIS of IT incidents along with root cause analysis details.
- Ensure submission of approved IT incident report to Wing Head for regulatory reporting as per defined timeline.
- Facilitate and conduct awareness sessions on Information Technology Risk Management for IT staff.

02 Position / Job Title Systems Administrator (AVP / VP) Reporting to Unit Head — Systems Administration (Windows) Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or relevant certification(s) will be preferred. Experience
- Minimum 06 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which 04 years of experience in Systems Administration, preferably in banks. Other Skills / Expertise / Required
- Ability to work within a cohesive, high-performing, closely knitted team and take a lead in critical situations.
- Good understanding of planning, designing, and implementation of Microsoft Windows Servers infrastructure.
- Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP / HTTPS, and LDAP and other protocols.
- Sound knowledge of setup and configuration of native and 3rd party backup management tools.
- Basic knowledge of scripting skills (PowerShell).
- Good understanding of cluster and high availability technologies.
- Expertise in virtualization technologies on Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware. Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Administer large deployments of Active Directory Domain infrastructure, IIS, Anti-virus filtering, and clustering and provide 24/7 support, as and when required.
- Plan, design, install, configure, and administer Exchange (Exchange 2016 and higher), Active Directory, Windows Server (2016 and higher), SQL Server (2016 and higher), and SharePoint and provide all relevant support.
- Analyze technical problems and create solutions involving the use of standard techniques and / or recommended tools.
- Perform on-site technical support for Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure.
- Monitor Microsoft server performance, run routine server diagnostic tests, perform, and monitor systems’ back-ups, and perform cluster failovers.
- Create and configure user accounts and domain policies in line with the Bank’s security policy.
- Conduct study and recommend solutions where required to automate approaches for system administration tasks.
- Ensure the security, patching, and integrity of the system by enforcing policies and procedures and verify that the systems are free of viruses / vulnerabilities.
- Manage and periodically check that all systems meet availability and disaster recovery requirements and troubleshoot malware as and when required.
- Manage systems and infrastructure components for mission-critical computing environments are updated to the required standards.
- Provide support services for systems administration and keeping system-level storage management as a benchmark.
- Ensure smooth operations and availability of the messaging infrastructure of the Bank.
- Plan and execute the capacity planning of hardware / software licenses as per the growth expansion of infrastructure.
- Keep in touch with new technologies and trends in the market and bring improvements in Microsoft Operations.
- Ensure that the Bank’s infrastructure under system admin domain is as per market standards and meets the requirement(s) of the regulator.
- Manage the vendor SOPs, SLAs, and renewals in a timely manner.

03 Position / Job Title Swift Administrator (OG-1 / AVP) Reporting to Unit Head — Systems Administration (Windows) Educational / Professional Qualification

- Candidates having a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or relevant certification(s) will be preferred. Experience
- Minimum 04 years of experience in the field of IT out of which at least 02 years of experience in Swift I Systems Administration, preferably in banks. Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
- Sound knowledge of Swift Administration.

- Verify Swift PKI, Distinguished Name, and ARG certification are fully operational.
- Update Swift messages syntax table on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis along with all backups and restoration of Swift applications with data retrieval, routing role, and schemas.
- Create, modify, and remove operator definitions, profiles, and units along with managing USE certificates, defining Logical Terminals (LTs), and installing Message Syntax Tables (MSTs).
- Ensure administration and management of emission and reception profiles.
- Implement Swift facilities at new locations throughout Pakistan.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for Swift application-related issues.
- Liaise and coordinate with Swift and affiliated service partners.
- Deploy new releases / upgrade mandatory patches and new standards received from Swift from time to time on the Swift servers, including Swift security patches on a quarterly basis.
- Act as a Right Security Officer (RSO), for the configuration and management of the security functions within Swift Alliance.
- Monitor / maintain Swift network connectivity with network partners and coordinate with the internal network team and service providers at all sites.
- Manage, install, run update, monitor, and troubleshoot Swift Alliance Access, ARG channel certificates, Personal Tokens, Alliance Webplatform SE, Swift Net Connection as and when required on primary, backup, and DR systems.
- Integrate Swift system with back-office applications.
- Work as Swift user administrator for the Bank and manage the registration and access rights of users.
- Ensure SwiftNet security administration of the Bank.
- Conduct Swift ISO 20022 implementation and ensure all related support.
- Configure and implement RMA Portal / Basic Tracker Portal and assigning RBAC roles via o2m.
- Ensure administrations of day-to-day routine and special tasks and provide 24/7 support, as and when required.

- Be a key player in IT-related projects and act as an advisor on IT risk-related issues.
- Validate the proposed IT controls and action plans to address the identified IT Risks with concerned IT teams.
- Assist Unit Head – IT Risk Assessment in submission of weekly status and follow-up on issues to resolve within stipulated time.
- Track all open action items and ensure timely closure, as assigned.

07 Position / Job Title IT Application Support Officer (OG — II / OG – I) Reporting to Team Lead — Front-Office Applications Operations / Team Lead — Back Office Applications Operations
Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC.
- Candidates having a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or relevant certification(s) will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 03 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 01 year of experience in support & operations for IT applications, preferably in banks.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
- Good expertise related to compliance / trade / treasury / reconciliation / remittances / ADC / name screening applications operations / tasks execution, and technical support.
- Expertise in providing 1st level technical and operational support of IT application(s) at multiple platforms.
- Expertise to analyze issues of EOD / batch processes / file ingestion, etc., and on other IT operational activities.
- Expertise in providing technical & operational application support to business end-users.
- Ability to understand and write SQL scripts for data extractions and updation.
- Good analytical skills to identify the root cause of business application issues.
- Good knowledge of Excel formulas and data preparation / consolidation.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless operational support and execute related tasks for IT Business Applications and interfaces, adhering closely to IT Operations policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with all stakeholders in pre & post processes of new application(s) implementation.
- Collaboratively troubleshoot operational and technical issues related to applications by engaging with vendors and internal IT teams.
- Maintain and provide regular updates of all issues / incidents, including their resolutions, and ensure efficient investigation and resolution of incidents.
- Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to collect data and requirements based on IS Audit observations, actively participate in the coordination efforts, and ensure compliance with audit findings.
- Provide support in making user manuals, SOPs of applications & interfaces regarding operational tasks, assignments, and duties.
- Participate in projects derived by the project management team, as and when required.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders for the integration of IT Operations policies & procedures within the Bank.
